Feel Good Friday is a playful, high-energy vinyasa experience designed to shake off the week and bring you back to yourself. Expect creative flows, upbeat (sometimes themed!) playlists, moments of intuitive movement, and yes… maybe even a dance break or two.

Each class may carry a unique theme, from throwback hits to empowerment flows, but the intention is always the same: to let go, have fun, and leave feeling lighter, freer, and more you.
