Foundations is a welcoming space for anyone beginning their yoga journey or wanting to understand their practice on a deeper level. This class blends movement, yoga philosophy, and conversation with plenty of space to ask questions. We take our time exploring poses, basic anatomy and alignment, the movements of the spine, and how breath supports the body. Foundations is perfect for anyone looking to learn, grow, or build confidence in their practice.

A slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues. Open to all levels, Yin helps improve flexibility and release tension using props for support. This class is great for anyone looking to unwind, stretch deeply, and find quiet in both the body and mind.

Flow + UnWINEd

This special Friday evening class blends mindful movement with community and connection.

We begin with a short gratitude meditation, followed by an optional moment to journal or write a note to yourself or someone you appreciate. Then we move through a balanced flow inspired by the energy of the day. After class, instead of settling into savasana, we ease into some relaxed social time with a glass of wine and good company.

A perfect way to unwind from the week and start your weekend with intention, movement, and a little joy.

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle, supportive class designed to meet physical and emotional needs of pregnancy. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, students are supported in building strength and ease in the body for pregnancy, birth, and beyond while connecting more deeply with themselves and their growing babies.

In addition to movement, this class includes time for group discussion, an opportunity to connect with other expectant parents and share experiences during this transformative season.
