Everyone at Vibe started somewhere. Whether you've never unrolled a yoga mat or you're just trying us out for the first time, we're glad you're here!

A calming class focused on slow, simple movements and breathwork. Gentle Yoga is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone wanting a relaxing practice. Expect stretching, mindful transitions, and plenty of space to relax and reconnect with your body.

Lay (or build upon) the foundation for your yoga practice.
Foundations is a welcoming space for anyone beginning their yoga journey or wanting to understand their practice on a deeper level. This class blends movement, yoga philosophy, and conversation with plenty of space to ask questions. We take our time exploring poses, basic anatomy and alignment, the movements of the spine, and how breath supports the body. Foundations is perfect for anyone looking to learn, grow, or build confidence in their practice.

A slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues. Open to all levels, Yin helps improve flexibility and release tension using props for support. This class is great for anyone looking to unwind, stretch deeply, and find quiet in both the body and mind.
WHERE SHOULD I START?
If you've never done yoga before, Foundations is a great place to begin. If that time doesn't work for you, Gentle or any of the beginner-friendly classes above are a great fit too. When in doubt, just reach out—we're happy to help you!
YOUR FIRST VISIT
Here's everything you need to feel prepared and comfortable before you walk through the door.
Comfortable clothing that lets you move is all you need. Leggings, sweatpants, a t-shirt... whatever you have works. No special yoga gear required.
A yoga mat (if you have one). Water if you'd like (it's also available at the studio). That's really it. We've got the rest covered.
Don't have a mat? No problem. Vibe has mats available to borrow. Bring your own if you have one, but it's not required.
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class so you have time to park and settle in.
Remove your shoes and leave your personal belongings at the door. Pick your favorite spot and roll out your mat. Breathe in the joyous scent of palo santo.
There is a restroom available at the studio.
Blocks, straps, and blankets are available in the studio. Your teacher will let you know what's needed for practice. You're always welcome to use any props you'd like even if they aren't "required."
If you like, let your teacher know before class that it's your first time. They'll be happy to help you get set up and answer questions!
Not at all! Flexibility is not a requirement for yoga. It's often a result of practicing over time.
Totally fine! You're always welcome to modify a pose or skip it entirely. Your teacher can offer modifications. You never need to do anything if it doesn't feel right for your body.
Yes! Always. Listening to your body is part of the practice. Rest whenever you need to—no explanation required.
Please let your teacher know before class. They can help you navigate the practice safely and suggest modifications that work for your body. As always, listen to your body and move in a way that feels good for you.
No. The teacher will describe what to do with your body, not just the name of the pose. You'll pick up the language naturally over time, but you do not need it to walk in the door.
Some teachers offer hands-on adjustments and some do not. In classes where hands-on assist is offered, you will have an opportunity to opt out.
No, the studio is not heated.
