Flow + UnWINEd

This special Friday evening class blends mindful movement with community and connection.

We begin with a short gratitude meditation, followed by an optional moment to journal or write a note to yourself or someone you appreciate. Then we move through a balanced flow inspired by the energy of the day. After class, instead of settling into savasana, we ease into some relaxed social time with a glass of wine and good company.

A perfect way to unwind from the week and start your weekend with intention, movement, and a little joy.
