Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle, supportive class designed to meet physical and emotional needs of pregnancy. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, students are supported in building strength and ease in the body for pregnancy, birth, and beyond while connecting more deeply with themselves and their growing babies.

In addition to movement, this class includes time for group discussion, an opportunity to connect with other expectant parents and share experiences during this transformative season.

This class is suitable for all trimesters and all levels of yoga experience. Modifications are offered throughout, and students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace.
