Begin your day with presence, movement, and stillness.

Sacred Start is a gentle, rotating practice designed to awaken the body and settle the mind. Each class may include mindful flow, slow movement, breathwork, or light mobility, closing with a guided meditation or body scan to ground you before stepping into your day.

This is your space to arrive slowly, move intentionally, and reconnect inward.
