Ever wish you could experience the benefits of yoga... without having to do all the work?
Thai Yoga Bodywork, affectionately called “lazy person’s yoga,” is a one-on-one assisted practice rooted in a healing tradition that dates back over 2,500 years.
During a session, you remain fully clothed while your practitioner gently guides your body through supported stretches, rhythmic pressure, and fluid, yoga-inspired movement. The experience is slow, grounding, and deeply personalized—meeting you exactly where you are.
Blending elements of bodywork, mobility work, and mindful movement, Thai Bodywork helps release tension, improve flexibility, and restore a sense of ease in both body and mind.
No prior yoga experience is needed, just a willingness to receive.
